Which Day Is The True Sabbath Day
Have you ever ask yourself or wonder which day is the true Sabbath day? The Bible gave us all the answers, You will have to dick deep into the bible to find answers because it won't be easy to find answers by just simply reading the scriptures. The reason is we all are still in a church or came out of churches that taught us their doctrines and we have just accepted the doctrine without question it. This causes us to be lazy to study the bible for ourselves. Now to be clear to you the Sunday or Saturday is not the true sabbath day.
The Sunday Sabbath day is based on the Modern Roman Gregorian calendar and to give you a short overview of were it comes from - Julius Caesar removed the use of the lunar phases for time measuring as early as 45 B.C. Later, Constantine utilized the 19-year cycle of 13-month years of the hated Jews only to ensure their Easter Sunday would never occur on the Jewish Passover. So Easter’s lunar custom as tied to the full moon continues to this day. It is located on the first Sunday following the first full moon after the Vernal Equinox. The Rabbinical Pharisee Jewish Saturday sabbath day - While the modern Jews keep 12-13 month lunar years that revolve on a 19-year cycle and start in spring & fall, theirs is now a mathematically calculated system derived from ancient Babylon. It now utilizes, in theory, the first dark or crescent moon nearest to the Vernal Equinox in spring to locate all Feast Days. They are out of sync with Exodus 12:1-2 for years by 14 days & 180 degrees on the Zodiac. The Karaite Jews honor the crescent as New Moon, while the Rabbinical Pharisees honor the dark conjunction as the New Moon. Both lunar phases are in close proximity to the sun by day and are unable to meet the Genesis 1 criteria of a full moon ruling with the stars all night on the east-west time continuum, opposite the sun. Once you start to do your research you will find there are a lot of issues about the sabbath day. One group will say this and another group will say that. It makes it difficult to find the truth. There might be times that you might feel to give up because even in the Bible some words have been mistranslated. This was done by scribes and translators who have a certain agenda and want the readers to understand their doctrine. But fortunately, we have Yahweh Spirit in us and Yahweh Spirit will help and teach us. Just ask for it. (John 14:26 ) But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have told you.
One issue will be is to determine when does the Bible says is the sabbath day. We know it is on the 7 day of every week, but what calendar should we follow? Bible said:
(Ps 104:19) He made the moon to mark the seasons; the sun knows when to set.
(Gen 1:14 ) And God said, “Let there be lights in the expanse of the sky to distinguish between the day and the night and let them be signs to mark the seasons and days and years.
If you look at the above 2 x scriptures it is clear that the sun and the moon have to do with the seasons, days, and years. I am sure this should be our calendar to follow. The following scripture will confirm it, whether we do it now or sometime in the future, this will definitely happen. (Isa 66:23 ) From one New Moon to another and from one Sabbath to another, all mankind will come to worship before Me,” says the LORD.
The next issue you will have is. What does the Bible mean by "New Moon"? Does it mean a full white moon or the full black moon? Or is it like some say just when a sliver of the new moon appears, that is the new moon? I have watched the moon over time to see if I could see the first sliver of the moon, I must tell you without modern technology, it is was very difficult. I decided that my Father would not make it so difficult for us to wait and wait to see the first sliver of the moon and even missed it. It just makes no sense. I then later notes
(Matt 27:45) From the sixth hour until the ninth hour darkness came over all the land. This happened during the crucifixion and there must have been a solar eclipse and this can only happen with a black moon. Yahweh is light there is no darkness in Him and He also made Yahshua light for us. The Way of Truth and Light was Procured. Restitution for Israel was not possible Without the sacrificial death of our Messiah upon the cross. He became sin for us, dying in our place, that we may have His life, perfectly restored to the Father. "All of Israel are called out of darkness into His marvelous light."
Now if the moon was full (black) on the day of Yahshua crucifixion, that gives us an indication of what time it was in the biblical month. It must have been in the middle of the month, on 14 Abib. (Lev 23:5) The Passover to the LORD begins at twilight on the fourteenth day of the first month. We have now established that the full black moon happens during the middle of a biblical month and that the month starts with the first full white moon. To proof that looks at (Ps 81:3 [KJV]) Blow up the trumpet in the new full moon, in the time appointed, on our solemn feast day. Now the only time the trumpet must be blown is on the Feast of Trumpets and that is at the beginning of a new year and at the same time the beginning of a new week. (Lev 23:24 ) “Speak to the Israelites and say, ‘On the first day of the seventh month you are to have a day of rest, a sacred assembly announced by trumpet blasts. See also Ps 89:36.
